    In the 13months it took our vehicle to actually be handed over.The updates where poor and only if my wife phoned first. In all as mr Gramma willconform.Our calls where mot replied to bar an emails for collection.The stress caused was avoidable.The hand over was done in the foyer although offices free.The hand over of how car works took 10/15minutes.Also asked via email for us to make payment of£2999over phone the days before we had even seen car.(we had left £1000 as deposit) Thankgoodness our son is electronic gizmos savvy.We are pleased with the car.So has worked out ok in the end.
