    Unfortunately when I booked in for MOT and asked about a service I was categorically informed that a service was not due. I therefore arranged to wait for my car. It turned out that a service was required and had to wait for three and a half hours!

    Unfortunately the MOT ramp was not working and although my brake oil service was done, I felt left on my own to sort out an alternative MOT. I was told that I didn't book in for 18th when it was booked in months ago. I was asked to take it for MOT early in June with very short notice and impossible to organise. Just feel that on this occasion, Hindhead was not on top of its game.
