    I went down to Ford to test drive a Kuga, as I was looking for a new car on the motability scheme, I was looked after by Joe Lester and he was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Even though I am profoundly deaf he wasn't nervous to communicate with me, when we went for a test drive he used useful hand gestures directing me where to go and this put me at ease and I felt so much more comfortable! Back at the dealership he also addressed me directly and wrote things down to make sure I fully understood, I couldn't have asked for a better salesman to help me. It actually made my decision to choose a Ford car 10x easier due to absolutely fantastic customer service!! Thank you so so much, you're brilliant at what you do. Regards Jak Barton

    Not happy as was to when I ordered at I owed £345 including fuel but when I arrived they said no plus fuel but I had been told and wrote down £345 !!
