    Michael Pullinger was incredible. 100/100 from start to finish. He made the process so easy and understood all my fears and worries. He pointed me in the direction for what car would be best for us and I didn’t feel judged at all. He couldn’t have been more helpful in every possible way. Ensuring I knew how to open fuel cap, from what every button did and using the app connected to the car. He was extremely insightful and knew the answer to every question I had big or small. If I ever get another car I will 100% be going back to Hyundai to see him specifically. Recommend to everyone and anyone, he’s worth travelling for.

    Always friendly staff at the reception desk, other sales people checking in that we were ok, not in a pushy sales way, but in a compassionate, caring way.

    Mike/Micheal was very helpful, not just in ordering my car, but making sure I had the right specifications for my NEEDS..

    Unfortunately another guy we had spoken to seemed put out that he didn't get 'the sale' commenting to myself that "its not like I work on commission or anything"
    Not that motability RENTALS work that way on commission, but, sure..
