She explained everything and happily answered any questions i had, which really helped my anxiety around it all. Chloe kept me informed of everything, including updates about no updates. I was incredibly grateful for her working around my appointments when it came to picking up the car. We went through the paperwork and Chloe took her time with teaching me what button does what (it would have taken me forever if she hadn't) and most of all, even though it was through motability, I was made to feel like a VIP, there was no judgement from her or any of the staff and nothing was too much, being disabled you come across that a lot.
