    Iv never done this!! It’s my first time having a mobility car. We went in and saw Michael, he greeted us and walked us to the desk and we went through all of the details to get our new car. Michael did ask, would we like to have a test drive but we said no we were okay with that. After several hours not really we just had to wait. every month I get a phone call telling me the update and progress of my car. After four months, we got a call to say our car is ready to be picked up. I walked in and was made very welcome by everyone. I then met Michael and he walked me over to a car that was covered up. He didn’t unfiled it and it was my car. It was such a lovely surprise and I’ve never ever had that before and to see a sign to say Mr collins thank you very much for purchasing our car was really, really lovely. I took pics and vid’s Michael Dan got in the car and took it out of the showroom. It was really really lovely. He then said sit in the car. Get yourself a mineralise on the inside and I’ll come and get all the stuff and will talk you through something. Talk me through how to use the controls and for being advised of what settings there is, didn’t the nice case of all the cleaning fluids and the car keys he had asked me is there anything else I need to ask him? I said yes is there any chance I could have the car cover but sadly I said I couldn’t have that because it’s only for unfailing the cars and they’re not allowed to give away stuff so that was okay. I would like to say thank you very much for making me very welcome and I’m in the car the way you did it never had that done to me before and it was really really lovely and I am so proud and happy to drive my car. I would like to say thank you very much to Michael, the help he done and to all the other staff that made us stay well

    Chris was amazing, he was professional, funny, caring making sure I was ok, asking if I wanted a cup of tea. He was just amazing. He made things very smooth, it was easy gave me a few minute look over my car, asked if I had questions. The paperwork went just as smoothly. He answered all my questions that I had, if I was a little nervous about asking something about the car as I know nothing about cars he was so patient I didn’t feel rushed. He deserves a 10000 for high excellence. I will never shop anywhere else for a mobility car. Perrys is the place to go. The who team was fantastic.
