    Very polite on arrival , I was early and was told to relax upstairs while they do the mot and when I went to customer area I got a very nice coffee . But my appointment was 9:30 am but while I was upstairs my Mercedes app triggered the door unlock at 10:05 I thought ok half hour delay no problem but to get my car back by 10:25 says you done an mot in 20 minutes ????? An average is 45-60 minutes but it is what it is , things have changed a lot at Mercedes Mk not the dealership they were
