    We had an absolutely fantastic experience at VW Milton Keynes – without doubt the best dealership experience we’ve had.

    From the very beginning through to the end, we were looked after exceptionally well. Kennedy, who supported us previously and again on our visit yesterday, was outstanding throughout. He was attentive, considerate, and extremely patient, guiding us through all the paperwork, explaining everything clearly, and taking the time to show us the car and its various functions. He even set up our phone to the car without us having to ask. No task was ever too small for him, and he made the entire process seamless, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He is a natural at what he does.

    We were also introduced to Vickie,the dealership manager, who was equally fantastic. She came over simply to thank us for our business, was incredibly welcoming, and reassured us that we could approach her anytime if Kennedy wasn’t available. It was clear that the relationship doesn’t end with the sale, and that future interactions such as servicing will be just as well supported.

    Even the small touches, like teas and coffees and being made to feel genuinely welcome, made a difference. Months ago, our initial contact was with Ioana, who reached out and invited us in to explore our next car. That early contact really stood out – it was reassuring to know we hadn’t been forgotten, and it showed care from the very start.

    Overall, this was a beginning-to-end experience that exceeded our expectations. We’ve had good experiences with VW before, but not at this level. I cannot recommend VW Milton Keynes highly enough. Huge thanks to Kennedy, Ioana, and Vickie - truly outstanding service.

    Customer Service Review – Volkswagen Milton Keynes

    I recently received a phone call from Ioana at Volkswagen Milton Keynes, who was absolutely fantastic in arranging my appointment with Kennedy on 22nd October. From that first call, the experience was exceptional.

    At the appointment, Kennedy provided outstanding customer service — he was welcoming, informative, and genuinely attentive throughout. It was the best experience we’ve ever had at Volkswagen.

    A follow-up appointment was then arranged for 30th October, when we finalised our choice of car. Kennedy took us on a test drive, and again, he was patient, thorough, and professional. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ioana in person that day, which was great.

    Both Ioana and Kennedy delivered an exemplary, seamless customer experience from start to finish — attentive, considerate, and completely focused on our needs. It’s by far the best service we’ve ever received at Volkswagen, and I made sure to let them know that personally.
