    From the first call to the dealership which was handled by the wonderful Abigail, I knew I was in good hands. All welcoming and ever so friendly team and good vibe to the offer of coffee without asking “ believe me I had to ask for it in other dealerships “ to being given all the time to play with the car, to being offered a test drive on the day!! To the so generous spirited Gary the manager at the time giving my son a free cap because he was wearing a cap of another car brand. The whole experience was faultless and ever so welcoming. I felt at home all the time. Great team and a very friendly dealership. they know how to win customers. Thank you all and a special thanks to the lovely Abigail who made everything so easy and was ever so understanding when I brought my daughter who is the disabled person. Abbi gave her time and made her feel welcomed and relaxed. She engaged with her in a conversation about what she likes about the car just made her feel involved as it is after all her motability car.
    I finish by say “ just a great experience”.
