    Communication could have been better Normally I get a call a day before confirming appt. This did not happen. The van is usually collected by the driver at 7am on his way into work so I was up at 6.30 and into wheelchair. I phoned when this did not happen and was told 9.30 but it was gone midday when the driver arrived. I am appreciative of the service but a call to keep me updated of the collection time would have been welcome

    Great service ,particularly from Chris who goes out of his way to accommodate the customer. Sadly my time with the VW garage has come to an end as the new multivan is not suitable for our needs & moved to Mercedes, reluctantly
