    The process was straightforward and fairly quick, the delay in receiving the new vehicle was lengthy but was kept informed of process by motability representative at Hyundai. When vehicle was eventually acquired the process again was straightforward and was shown the workings and different from my previous car.

    The garage originally had my car in for a front parking sensor replacement after a preexisting diagnostic test but they did not have the part ready despite having a telephone conversation a week previously to ensure the part was there. They outsourced the MOT but could not confirm if it would be completed in time. Although the MOT was completed by the end of the day my wife has got to take another trip to them for the third time to get the sensor fixed which was supposed to have been done in October. Overall I am not very happy or impressed with Evans Halshaw and would advise anyone not to utilise them.

    I initially went to Bedford which was horrendous service. Felt like an annoyance and wasn’t able to get any proper information. Decided that I couldn’t make a decision without properly asking my questions so headed to Milton Keynes to see if that was any better. It was like night and day! Nick made me feel welcome, at ease, answered all my questions and told me things I hadn’t even thought about. If it hadn’t been for him, I would have gone with a completely different make and
    Model. I really wanted an electric car and the alternative in my budget fitting my wheelchair was not. Without Nicks help I wouldn’t have got my perfect car.

    Breakdown in communication from point of contact at Hyundai for booking service, so vehicle was not picked up for service as requested.
    I was able to take vehicle in. On arrival staff were courteous efficient and the wait for completion of service was reasonable.
