- Rating 1.0Oct 11, 2023Poor customer service, waited a month and half for a wait and go service, was told by the dealership it would then take two hours, explained as it was an EV it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes, took the service department just over an hour to get the car into the workshop even though my car was the only one there, service took 31 minutes it then took 45 minutes to complete the paper work. Absolutely poor customer service
