    Pre-sale and post-sale with Ian Stokes at Tates Hyundai Portslade, was second to noon. He went above and beyond his customer service. Unfortunately, the car service team, leaves a lot to be desired! From contacting my named driver to book the service in, instead of me; through to updates leading up to service day, and on the day service. This came out of nowhere, and was really inconvenient to both my named driver and myself. Collection on the day was an hour and a half late, collection driver used almost all fuel in the car for the journey to the service, even though I’d left enough fuel for the whole return journey! The customer service lady was rude, when I refused permission for them to add fuel to the car, (at my expense). She asked if I would be collecting the car, despite the car being booked in for collection and delivery; when I said I wouldn’t be collecting it, she said she’d refer the matter to her manager! The car was returned at the end of the day, instead of at lunch time as agreed! Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Tates Servicing at Portslade, and if I could have this done elsewhere, I would!

    Excellent service as usual, specially Mr Ian Stocks who goes an extra more above and beyond as always. Such a pleasant polite man who can’t do enough for us.
    This is why I come back to Hyundai it. He definitely deserves a Christmas bonus.

    The outside of the car was dirtier than when I brought it in especially the windows/ screens everythough I had requested that if be cleaned.

    Well what can I say about Max Zaloumis he is the most attentive salesman we've ever met, nothing was to much for him. He truly went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. When it comes to our next car there will only be one person we would like to deal with. THANK YOU 5 STARS

    Super happy with exchanging my old car for my new car. Max talked me through everything I needed to know in a respectful manner (which as a disabled person isn’t always the case). Very happy with the options I was talked through, had my needs listened to and just overall a great experience. Would recommend this location and Max in particular for a motability car
