    Very happy it was all very easy They done the service I had a loan car so I could still do things I had to do really disappointed that Mercedes of chose not to work with mobility. Let you a smart car on the mobility scheme so unfortunately I will be leaving Mercedes this year.

    Efficient and friendly but car took longer than anticipated. Service advisor very lovely but I dropped one star as I don’t like being called “darling” by one so young. Seems unprofessional I’m afraid.

    Really excellent service, with free WiFi while I waited and free hot beverages. When booking I was told that the MOT would take an hour, and I could wait, dropping it off they said one to one and a half hours. Actually took 2 hours 15 minutes!
