He rang up my insurance company to see if he could put on another driver for me as I was nervous and we got it all sorted, he also came out to the car to talk me through some of the new things I had in my car to put me at ease. He is an asset to your company and made my visit to Ford cosham one where I would feel happy to return as it was an easy and friendly interaction. Thankyou again Colin
