    My handover experience with Jemca was excellent. Finlay was friendly, polite, professional and attentive. Not only did he expertly take me through the remaining paperwork and fully explain the main features of my new car so I was able to drive confidently, he also picked me up from my house and drove me to the dealership. Finlay also called me the following day to check how I was getting on with my new car. He was able there and then to answer my query and email me the information I needed. Great customer service.     It was easy to book theservice. Car was collected and delivered back. I was kept informed of driver's ETA. Paperwork is clear. I haven't driven it yet but so far so good. Jemca Toyota offer good service.
