    Made booking a curtesy car almost pointless, dropped the car off for 9 am was told curtesy car had to be returned by 5 even though car was yet to pass the mot...I spent the whole day on the phone with motability to try and source a different car, this was not possible on such sort notice and ended up having to speak to renult service manager. Overall we had a very stressful day
