    Great customer service. Very knowledgable member of staff regarding the motability scheme. My only criticism and would have been a fifth star was the parking and accessibility of the showroom for disabled users. On the day it was difficult and a space available took ten turns to get in it due to lack of space, prior we had to leave the car abandoned on the ramp up to the showroom. Couldn’t fault the member of staff though. Alex was brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.

    Richard worked hard to find the replacement automatic car for my daughter keeping in contact through email with her. My daughter was so lucky he managed to sort the car for her as there's no way she could have waited until july/August for an automatic. Thank you Richard and thank you motability.
