I again apologise for the misunderstanding during your vehicles recent visit to us.
Our collection and delivery driver was deeply offended by the conversation she overheard between yourself and your friend, from the explanation your friend gave this is likely down to a misunderstanding on what has been said.
I have spoken to and offered training and guidance to our driver that she shouldn’t have reinitiated the conversation regarding this when the vehicle was dropped back.
