    Avoid this dealership like the plague my vehicle broke down and was told vehicle would not be looked at till 16/11/23 eventually after speaking to motability car was looked at car was kept for 11 days due to the dealer braking some trim and dealership lying saying that it was the breakdown company when clearly in my dashcam it was the dealership the service manager named mark thinks he can raise his voice and get away with things I don’t think so it’s on dashcam you muppet I then get my car back from the dealer to find out that they have not actually fixed my car and there excuse is due to the war in Ukraine they don’t have any parts when there vw parts specialist can get the part in 10 days to many things to mention I would not give this dealer a 0 star but unfortunately I can not do that pls take your car to another dealer rather than this dealer or just avoid buying vw product due to there customer service
