    Salman was absolutely amazing. He was very efficient in everything he did, contacted me to keep me in the loop from point of application to the day I received my car and also gave me a courtesy call after I collected my car to see how I was getting on with it ! He was very welcoming and easy to speak to ! My customer journey has been the best it could have been all down to him! Always returned my call if he was busy. Answered all my questions in detail. 11/10 experience !

    Have never heard from you since the day we picked the car up 25 months ago, still waiting for the call that we we’re told we’d receive a week after collecting the car to check everything was ok. Have had 2 bad experiences with the services, most definitely won’t be returning to Slough Audi, will go to one elsewhere.
