    Simon Newton has been fantastic from start to finish. I was kept updated at every stage, accommodated when I had to delay handover due to health issues and was treated with kindness and respect. Simon went above and beyond, allowing me to have a big reveal moment pulling the cover off my beautiful new car in the showroom. He also ensured a seamless transition with one of the team providing excellent instructions on the car’s functions, including linking my phone for me and guiding me through the Mercedes App. I am so grateful and know that I can contact Simon again if I need any assistance. As he said, just because you have received the car, the support doesn’t end there. Thank you so much Simon for making the process such an excellent experience.

    Simon from Marshall Mercedes Southampton has been amazing from start to finish. When we made our initial enquiry into what was available on the motability scheme, Simon was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite, understanding and answered any questions we had. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. His kindness to our situation definitely helped to sway our decision towards the GLA and Marshall.
    Simon is a credit to them and Motability scheme.
    I would recommend Simon based on our experience.

    Service was fine, but customer experience not so good as I did not even get offered a cuppa on one of the coldest day of the year another customer actually had to offer to make me one :(
