I was kept updated at every stage, accommodated when I had to delay handover due to health issues and was treated with kindness and respect. Simon went above and beyond, allowing me to have a big reveal moment pulling the cover off my beautiful new car in the showroom. When we made our initial enquiry into what was available on the motability scheme, Simon was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, polite, understanding and answered any questions we had.
