    The only thing I have to say is, I was told my car would be cleaned inside & out. It was done to the best standard & definitely wasn't cleaned outside just a bit of hoovering & dusting.

    It was ok but a bit disjointed. The staff seem overwhelmed.

    They didn't do everything I asked and it took 3 hours

    Disappointed normally my car would have been cleaned on the inside by Toyota but this was not done on the service.

    Vehicle pick up time should be explained better I was told 08.15 by one person then 08.30 by someone else. At 10.10 I telephoned and was told it was up to 11.30 but someone is on the way they never arrived until 11.40, I had an appointment that had to be delayed.
