Josh, the salesman was simply brilliant. He walked me through every step of the process from choosing the vehicle and model to handover. He went above and beyond my expectations, keeping me regularly updated, which I found extremely useful considering the lengthy lead times from car manufacturers these days.
Their parts department are equally as excellent. At the last minute just a few days before I was due to take delivery of my vehicle, I decided I wanted a fancy foldable boot-liner. Not a problem, they ordered it for me and it was all unpacked and fitted when I collected my new vehicle.
Handover/collection of my new vehicle, Josh the salesman showed me around both inside and out. He took the time to explain all the controls and features, including showing me how to link my mobile phone to the infotainment system. His enthusiasm equalled mine, and his product knowledge left me feeling assured.
I would like to thank everyone at Birchwood Ford Hastings for all their efforts, especially Josh who walked me through every step from choosing to collecting my new vehicle. I am so delighted with my new Ford, I can’t stop licking it… mmmm!!!
