    A wonderful experience from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly friendly from when I entered and I wasn’t even waiting 5 minutes before they were ready to see me . Lucy that helped me with everything was particularly great as her attention to detail and efficiency stood out. She also showed a genuine interest in helping me find a great car.     The car is spectacular, the process was explained and managed in really friendly and reassuring way. But what stands out the most about BMW - is the support we received from Michael. We are really impressed and thankful for attention, understanding and kindness around our son and his special needs. The video of the car was the reason why my son wanted to collect car personally.
