    Dave is a very welcoming, friendly and polite gentleman. When we met him he made us feel very at home by making sure we had refreshments and that we were comfortable. He went throughout the meeting very slowly and thoroughly to make sure everything made sense to us and asked if we had any questions etc. we cannot thank him enough for everything he has done and for keeping in touch with us throughout the whole experience.
