His knowledge of the vehicle was excellent and he answered all our questions. He accompanied us on the test drive and talked us through the numerous controls on the car. On our return we asked if we could come back on Saturday to drive the car in the city where we live. Absolutely not a problem, we arrived on Saturday and the car was ready for us to drive. On our return Luca answered all our questions.
