    My second appointment with motorbility was good with David. I guy welcomed me, offered a seat, and a drink. David offered me a quiet room, showed me a equivalent Nissan Juke, unfortunately they didn't have the model I could drive, but was assured my model was similar to mine I already have. David was helpful in answering my. Questions. Chris was very helpful at the beginning of the year, and he also helped with motorbility 3 years ago when I chose my first car.

    First appointment on 14th March not so good. Sat in the middle of the showroom, lots of people walking around. Had an appointment but couldn't see the person, so a lovely friendly lady came over but then was interrupted, the guy that was substituted unfortunately gave me incorrect information. Unfortunately I didn't feel well not being in a calm environment so had to cancel the rest of the appointment, which then resulted in me having to book another appointment. They are in a new showroom, and therefore it wasn't as calm as the other showroom unfortunately.

    Collected my car Monday , delivered back to Wednesday to the wrong address and also posted my keys in the wrong letter box so my car key house key outbuildings keys are all in my neighbours letter box and they are away for 2 weeks !!! So no my experience was nt very good at all
