The Motability Scheme Team at County Garage Ford Barnstaple - Rating 1.0Nov 3, 2025Booked in for 9:30 ( arrived at 9 ) told them I would wait due to weather outside ( constant rain ) I asked for update at 10:30 .. was told Motability’s had authorised the service. Car was still in car park at 12:00 I asked for update and advised next technician available would work on the car. I noted another customer asking for car to be returned as he couldn’t wait any longer. Asked for update at 14:25 and was told 15-20 minutes.
Car was returned at 15:15 and it was only at this point a lady receptionist told me they had a few i.t. Problems and problems in the workshop.
The communication from one staff member who booked the car in was abysmal and overall total lack of response from them only offering automated answers from a sheet ( that’s my interpretation of it anyway )Response from County Garage Ford BarnstapleNov 4, 2025Dear Carol,
