- Rating 1.0Nov 3, 2025Booked in for 9:30 ( arrived at 9 ) told them I would wait due to weather outside ( constant rain ) I asked for update at 10:30 .. was told Motability’s had authorised the service. Car was still in car park at 12:00 I asked for update and advised next technician available would work on the car. I noted another customer asking for car to be returned as he couldn’t wait any longer. Asked for update at 14:25 and was told 15-20 minutes.
Car was returned at 15:15 and it was only at this point a lady receptionist told me they had a few i.t. Problems and problems in the workshop.
