Absolutely brilliant customer service from the start.
As soon as you walk through the door you’re greeted by very polite gorgeous ladies.
Then you talk to the managers and they’re so courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with Blights Garage as they’re a local family business and my family has been in Bideford for many years. - Rating 5.0Oct 5, 2023As is the norm, my experience using Blight's Motors was 1st Class, due to hospital appointments I had to unfortunately alter my date of service .“Twice”. But Blights were very obliging.
I took my car in at 8-15 am, handed keys over and was then taken home in the very nice Orange MG.
The lovely young lady ( Hannah) is both a credit to herself and Blight in the way she carries out her work , an absolutely delightful young lady. Plus I can honestly say Hannah is an excellent driver.
Later in the day I was rang at home telling me of my approaching delivery time.
Car delivered back to me by young Hannah, spotless clean and with a full report of work undertaken.
Basically “ It does not get any better than this”.
