    Sheree is a true asset to the Bodmin Nissan team, she is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Motability scheme and made our journey through the process of arranging our car extremely smooth and stress free. Her communication was excellent with both myself and my daughter and she was also very inclusive of my son’s needs, who the car was purchased for. Sheree was compassionate, empathetic and caring throughout the whole process and she made me feel at ease throughout every step.
    On collecting my sons vehicle, she had made a significant effort to make sure my son was included, his name was displayed for the car, my son is very unlikely to ever own his own car or be able to drive independently. Special needs parents often miss out on these milestones which can be really sad for them, so to have this little moment for him really meant an awful lot, thank you Sheree.
    Sheree was extremely knowledgeable about the car on collection, and she took the time to help me set it up and set the basic controls, offering me the reassurance I could contact the team if I had any further questions, or I needed any help. This was really reassuring.
