    No the usual experience. Dealer changed hands to Wessex garage
    Booked in as normal conformation on line Arrived 0830 as booked ,at the same time with another customers . my job not ready . This was a regular service and MOT was required left with them to sort
    By 1600 I had call for update but the car would not be ready until 1715.
    My car was returned to not clean out side or inside the routine maintenance reminder still active .no paperwork give to advise the condition of car and any updates re warranty repairs
    The customer whom arrived at same time tas I their car washed and gleaming

    I am very concerned that car has not serviced correct as on of team came out to the car and reset the maintenance reminder . I hade ask him was there any other defects ,advisories he said that it will on the heath check and told me there was Ambers on it !!!!!

    Overall I would not use Wessexgarage and I would like a follow up from yourselves and let me know what the-out come and reasons for this poor customers service

    Whilst the receptionist was the most helpful I have dealt with I was disappointed they did not fit the luggage cover clip.

    For the second time the lights were turned off. They need to be set to auto before being returned to me. I thought after my last review that something would be done but obviously not. If someone could communicate the reasons for this I would be happy to have a conversation.
    This is a Motability car and I need to know that the settings are as before the service.

    Ok apart from the person who picked car up and reversed it into my garden wall and denied he done it I have it all on cctv so will be taking footage with me on 11/4 /23 as car has now got to go in for repair for 3 days

    The car was collected 1.5 hours late. When it was returned the next time we used it a lot of the settings were altered I.e. the heater was turned off etc but the worrying thing was the automatic lights were switched off! We didn’t realise straight away as we were in town with street lights but gradually realised they weren’t on.
    Please tell the mechanics to return settings to our preferred ones. I could have been in a serious accident as the car is black also.
