So lovely, so helpful and is truly passionate about her job.
Julie kept me updated regularly with the progress of my car (it took 10 months for build) and was always personable on the phone.
She genuinely asked how I was doing and always told me I could ring anytime and she would always do everything she could for me not just as a customer, but as a person.
Previous experiences with vehicle purchases from other garages on the scheme have been fairly negative, and you feel you are not treated as a normal customer would be, and your personal needs are not important.
Julie never made me feel I was different to any other customer.
I love my car, and on collection Julie took her time to make sure I was happy with the car, and went through all the controls and features (there is intimately a lot). I often struggle with the simplistic amount of pressure, but I wasn’t rushed out the showroom.
The car (JCW) is beyond fantastic.
I have driven a lot of high performance cars over the years, but this car is up there with the best.
If you are thinking of buying a mini, dick Lovett is one of the most professional, helpful, knowledgeable and personal garages I have attended.
For mobility enquiries and purchases ask for Julie, she is amazing.
