    Car booked in, they collected the car. Took them a week to mot it, then put the wrong tyre on, didn't replace the other front tyre. I then had to spend half a day at Kwik fit correcting their mistakes.

    Nick was so helpful, able to answer all my questions and put my mind at rest as transferred to electric car for first time. He helped set it up and has been available at all times for information.

    Amazing service from Nick at Stellantis Cribbs! He was so attentive from my initial email to collection of my beautiful new car! I can’t praise him highly enough. Everything was seamless from start to finish. The car was beautifully presented and I was made to feel like a valued customer. He helped me set up the infotainment system which was very much appreciated. I received a lovely email from him the same day and a courtesy call a day later to check if everything was ok. I feel extremely comfortable in the knowledge that Nick would help me with any query I have going forward. I was advised that the car would be delivered between 8-12 weeks and it was 8 weeks to the day when I received my lovely car. I was advised when it reached the port and then onto the dealership. Thank you to both Nick and motability for the amazing service! My first motability vehicle and hopefully many more to come! Nick, you’re a star! ⭐️

    I asked for my car back by 330 to be told that they had to have it till 5. So I said I will collect in the morning. I had no communication from them and when I collected my car they never even told me where it was parked. And it wasn’t in a disabled space so I had to go looking for it.
