I was interested in two EVs from different manufacturers, one of which was the Renault Megane E-Tech, and intended only to do a viewing.
After being taken around the car by Joe and his colleague, I decided there and then to go ahead and order my first car on the Motability scheme.
Although my husband had completed most of the application online ahead of visiting City Motors, it was a fairly lengthy process. Joe was clearly disability aware and took his time to check my understanding at each stage of the application. I felt involved throughout the process.
The good news was that my car was in stock and I hope to take delivery within the next two weeks.
