    Shelly was great , really helpful, friendly and did everything she could to get our car unfortunately Ford as company were not , recalling our car less than 24 hours before we were to collect , not giving information as to how long it would be till it could be fixed. Then when ours was not an effected vehicle still dragged their feet , not letting shelly get the tax etc sorted so she could hand over the car. Also when I spoke to Ford customer care they were the most unhelpful person I have had the misfortune to speak to, not only did they not have. A clue what my enquiry was about but didn’t even try to help. So not only did the dealership not have information from Ford but they wouldnt give the customer any either ! Absolutely awful customer service , thankfully after a weekend of uncertainty Shelly got it sorted . No thanks to Ford !

    Neil explained everything to us. Cant fault the customer service. There was a delay with the car due to the worldwide microchip shortage, Neil kept us informed as best he could.
    The handover was excellent. The car was in the showroom covered.
    My old car was purchased by Bristol Street for the agreed valuation, bank transfer the same day.
