    Excellent service as car failed the mot so had to get son to pick us up but but Angela furey contacted the motorbility for me so we could have a hire car delivered to my house witch was there a few hours later then I was contacted when car was ready to be pick up and had a video of what they done to car all in all it was a very good service and would highly recommend

    Terrible. My car failed the first mot on tyres. The measurements given were1.3 on one tyre and 1.4 on the other. Kwickfit checked when I went to change them and they were 2.0. This should have been a pass. They have reported this to motability.
    I am not a fan of companies trying to get money under false pretenses.

    Great customer service - but the showroom, which is having work carried out, needs to look at disability accessibility. The stairs to the service desk are not suitable for everyone.
