- Rating 1.0Jul 21, 2023Terrible. My car failed the first mot on tyres. The measurements given were1.3 on one tyre and 1.4 on the other. Kwickfit checked when I went to change them and they were 2.0. This should have been a pass. They have reported this to motability.

- Rating 5.0Mar 31, 2023Great customer service - but the showroom, which is having work carried out, needs to look at disability accessibility. The stairs to the service desk are not suitable for everyone.
- Rating 4.0Mar 28, 2023Great customer service however sadly never able to lend a car if something went wrong with mine so I was always stuck there for the whole day or I'd have to organise a hire car myself. Being disabled and this being a stressful thing to do it didn't help. Shame they can't lend a car like some other motability places do.
