I live roughly 40 miles from the dealership, but I choose to travel there because they are truly exceptional. No gimmicks, no nonsense—just helpful, honest advice. When they say they’ll follow up, they actually do. This has been, hands down, the best and smoothest car-buying experience I’ve ever had.
I cannot recommend Edward Bourne and the team enough. The Eden experience isn’t just great by the usual (often low) standards of car dealership customer service and aftercare—it’s outstanding in any industry. Any question or concern I’ve had, they’ve gone above and beyond to support me.
