    Kerry at Howard’s was absolutely brilliant I had a few complications my end and she really helped me sort that out, when I went in really friendly atmosphere from all the team and a coffee and biscuits whilst Kerry sorted my mobility out

    I am mentally challenged sometimes however I felt at complete ease and in professional hands if your looking for a straight foward professional service I’d definitely recommend Howard’s in Dorchester!

    Fantastic customer service.

    Great customer service. Allowed us to test drive with my assistance dog in training in the car. And she was having an incredibly off day, and they were completely understanding.
    Friendly sales people, without being pushy. Arranged for us to test drive a different car as well as the one we booked in.

    The process was smooth and easy. We really appreciated the time that Kerri had taken to prepare a video demonstration of our new vehicle, it has proved incredibly valuable to view it several times. Usually we forget things that we are shown in the showroom but this way we can review any detail we forget. Kerri has even gone to the trouble of providing us with additional video demonstrations of other areas of the onboard technology. It has made getting to know this new car much easier for both the drivers. The handover of our old vehicle was painless (if a little emotional, as we had loved our old car) and the payment of our good condition refund was very fast.
