The waiting area has a coffee machine, TV, toilets and plenty of space for you to sit & wait. I was sent a video of the car being serviced to my email address which was a nice touch. After the paperwork was finalised, one of the staff members walked me to the car. It was actually an enjoyable experience, I was treated with kindness & respect.
