    Ordering the car was great however, on collection day we were given a 1pm appointment

    We arrived on time but nobody came to assist so I finally told someone who we were and why we were there and we were told to sit in the waiting area
    We waited 45 mins before anyone came to assist
    No point in making appointments if you have to wait anyway

    The hand over did not actually happen! When the car was being driven out of the showroom by a Hendy Honda member of staff he scraped the left side rear of the car along the showroom door. The car has had to go to be repaired before I've even had the chance drive it. I will now be getting the car on Wednesday 24th August. Everyone very apologetic and helpful in getting the car repaired as quickly as possible.
