    Disappointed on picking up brand new i20 that the sat nav not working. They had the car at least 4 weeks before pickup. Tech not uploaded files and told they did not have for i20. Raised tech issue but no timescale given for fix. Unsatisfactory customer care.
    Jason the Manager called me back said he would call me Monday. No call Monday and still no call back.
    Very disappointing service and customer care!
    Appears to be non existent!
