    Ryan was fantastic from start to finish .
    we have had the same car since my husbands stroke 15 years ago as he finds it cognitively difficult to adjust to changes and gets very anxious . Ryan was very patient on our visits to ensure soumitra felt safe transferring into the car and out .
    Also he took his time on hand over to ensure I was comfortable with all its new technology . Things have certainly moved on in 17 years.
    I cannot thank Ryan enough for his professionalism and reassurance through the whole process .
