    Well problem being failed mot was shocked but sensible decision made so taxied home collect car on the Saturday driving back two panel lights have come on tyre light understandable but panel light that I cannot find in the booklet not seen before . Not happy, never been let down ever before, have had very good service up to now .

    The car was delayed by 6 months due to worldwide delays, however not the dealerships fault and Sharon the sales rep was really nice and easy to deal with. Very happy with the car and customer service.

    Issues understood, and looked into , courtesy car provided while issues resolved, areas fixed without issue, courtesy car returned and car collected within timescale they said.100% No issues

    Although the receiving of the car was fine there was no after sales service. When I was with Renault they took the car serviced it then washed it and made sure inside was clean . Hawkins NOTHING I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO HAWKINS OR KIA. They staff collect car for service miserable 🙄 they did nothing else even fetched car back with just enough petrol to get to the petrol station ⛽️. If I could change the car now I would
