    Tom was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, he communicated so well which is one thing I really struggle with, he explained everything perfectly in a way for me to understand and he was also clear with what the exact model of car was! I will definitely be going back to Mercedes again!

    Should have a courtesy car available at no charge if you have your own car insurance would cover it why do one need to leave the car all day for a 3.5 hr job not impressed with that set at all other than that all was good

    I have a mobility car and had it serviced and mot yesterday.
    The service was poor my tires pressure were all wrong and for the second time I had a flat tire when I got home also was not given paperwork
    Had to call the RAC out to correct work
