    Had great experience. As a mobility customer with limited walking a member of staff dropped me home whilst car was waiting for mot. Had two follow up phone calls to keep me updated. Car was then dropped off at my home. Staff were brilliant

    No problems my WAV was down at 10am and wasn't done till 5pm. Which left me with no WAV all day. Not great as ambulances cam no longer transport wheelchair users, no really they don't. If it could have been done sooner it would have been 5 stars.
