    We took our whole car journey with Kat from Peugeot, and she was absolutely lovely! I had to cancel my test drive a few times because I kept ending up in hospital and she was always understanding, never annoyed at me. When I was in store I was struggling and she always got me a chair and a drink. She re explained things to me several times because I find car stuff hard to understand but she was always patient and happy to re explain. She could answer any question I had about the car and seemed to have very in depth knowledge of the car itself, as well as how the Motability scheme works. Dan the sales manager at Peugeot was also very helpful whenever Kat was day off, and he always got us updates and was friendly and kind. When our car arrived late, and then they realised it was damaged, Kat was upfront and honest about the delay and very apologetic, as was Dan and I really appreciate transparency. When we actually picked up the car, Kat went through all the gadgets and buttons which was great because my last dealer didn’t, and I hadn’t a clue how to work any of the buttons. And both Kat and Dan have offered for me to call them again at any time if I forget something, which I will be doing as I always forget things. They both seem to be passionate about what they do, and they always answer the phone! Which is brilliant because my last dealer which was Seat took days and days to get hold of just to book the car in for MOT or service, let alone help with anything. Overall I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone, infact I recommended them to my Dad who ended up getting a Peugeot 2008 electric, also by dealing with Kat and Dan the sales manager.
    We did look at Electric on Kats recommendation, however I have a lot of hospital appointments in London coming up, and my husband will be driving me in the car, and atm there isn’t enough mileage cover on the electrics to suit and charger points on the journey from Plymouth to London and back are sparse, so we decided it wasn’t the right time for us, but we are more than happy with our Hybrid.
