    Great customer service, pick up and drop off service. A phone call from Volvo to inform me of the positive MOT, they also informed me of future repairs that maybe required.

    Could do better! Difficulty getting a slot had to wait 5-6 weeks for the earliest appointment for a service which led me to become overdue getting a service. Car was not cleaned inside properly.

    I was told service would take approximately 2 hours in fact it was quite a bit less.
    Work Carried out and explained to me, the car was washed and hovered.
