    Brilliant, Richie went through all the car & controls with me. I even got a video the next day saying any problems no matter how small just pop in & he will help. The service from start to finish has been 1st class, professional but friendly and welcoming & I can't thank Richie enough for all he has done. I would definitely recommend this garage to everyone. Just a note this was Totton branch not Poole

    Excellent customer service, very informative. Gave me help & advice on a vehicle I had selected on the mobility scheme. They were friendly & welcoming and filled me with confidence about using them to lease my car. Although the dealership was Totton not Poole that I used. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a Volkswagon vehicle.

    Amazing helpful staff, but yet again you said you topped up my Addblue, which you didn't and you told me you put on new wiper blades front and back, but you didn't. And I was also told that you would clean the van inside and out, but only the outside was washed....
    Again the staff were so lovely, the receptionist and the service guy, we're very helpful and extremely lovely. This is why I've put 4* instead of 5*
