- Rating 1.0Sep 19, 2024They are so useless and incompetent they cant even organise a test drive. I drove for 45mins for a pre arranged test drive, only to find out that they didn't have the vehicle! They are so useless, rude and stupid they didnt have the decency to let me know in advance that they couldn’t do there job.
I was given an eta when I ordered, when this was close I sent an email for an update, only to be lied to, they pretended that the eta wasn’t for another 4 months! They didn’t apologise, or give an explanation for the delay, they just lied. The car ended up being 10 months late!
Very poor communication. They either lied or it was non existent.
They forged paperwork, pretending to have carried out work that they hadn’t actually done.
The dealership were rude, unhelpful, liars, didn’t even provide a basic level of service.
