    Might have been nice to get a call or text to say the car was ready. Had to guess and get there in time before they shut at 5.

    Ben was amazing from the start to finish, told me all I needed to know about the mobility scheme. He was very understanding when I decided to change the car I wanted and even managed to have one coming into the show room within two weeks. As soon as the car arrived Ben sent me a video of the car and told me it would be ready to go on the 18th just when I needed it. He has even called me since to make sure I am all ok and if I need any further assistance then I should not hesitate to call him
